ALB Studios are ideally located minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel with easy access to New York City's renowned arts and culture scene via a 20 min bus ride from Port Authority. Hoboken and Jersey City are easily accessible via the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail and New Jersey Transit.

ALB Studios requires that all clients or the representative of any individual or group must first read and sign the ALB Rentals Agreement prior to the initial booking. It is the responsibly of the client and/or their representatives to inform the individuals renting the space of the terms and conditions. ALB is not responsible for any injuries that may occur at the location. ALB shall also not be liable for any lost or stolen personal property.
